Inside Sales Executive – XpertIntern
Location: Patna, Bihar (Office-based) Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can talk to students and colleges, explain our internship programs, and convert interest into enrollments. You will spend most of your day on calls, follow-ups, and closing leads. If you enjoy talking to people and don't give up easily, this job is for you.
What You Will Do
- Call students and parents who have shown interest in our programs and explain the benefits clearly
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email until they take a decision
- Understand what the student needs and suggest the right program for them
- Reach out to colleges and coordinators to build new connections
- Keep proper records of all calls and follow-ups in our system
- Meet your monthly enrollment and sales targets
- Handle questions, doubts, and objections in a calm and honest way
What We Are Looking For
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable spending the day on calls
- Confident, patient, and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp, and Excel
- Freshers can apply; sales experience is a plus
- Graduate or final-year student preferred
