Job Description
🧾 Job DescriptionDukaanSarthi is a fast-growing ERP & POS software startup helping retailers, restaurants, and SMEs manage billing, inventory, GST, and business operations digitally. We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their business needs, and convert leads into customers.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls for DukaanSarthi ERP & POS software
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits via calls, WhatsApp, and demos
- Follow up with leads and close sales within defined timelines
- Maintain lead data and sales activity records
- Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams after deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- ✅ Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic understanding of software, billing, or ERP systems (training will be provided)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- 🌟 Preferred SkillsExperience in SaaS / ERP / POS sales
- Knowledge of retail, restaurant, or GST billing systems
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management
