Product Sourcing & Inventory Executive

We are looking for a smart and responsible staff member who can manage online selling inventory, coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers, source trending products, and maintain central warehouse stock for platforms like Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track daily inventory of online selling products
• Maintain proper central stock records and updates
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for stock availability
• Source new trending and profitable products
• Visit manufacturing units and supplier warehouses for product checking and coordination
• Check product quality, finishing, packing, and stock availability physically when required
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement
• Ensure products are available before running ads or sales
• Manage SKU-wise inventory and stock reports
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch team
• Handle low-stock alerts and restocking process
• Maintain Excel sheets or inventory software records
• Reduce stock mismatch and order cancellation issues
• Requirements:Must have own bike for supplier and warehouse visits
• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management
• Experience in e-commerce operations preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple products and suppliers
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented candidate
• Knowledge of Meesho, Amazon, or Flipkart operations is a plus
