Relationship Manager - Business Banking - Affluent-AFFLUENT-Relationship Manager
- Manage and develop relationships with affluent business banking clients to drive business growth. - Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions within the business banking segment. - Work closely with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and resolve client issues. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements relevant to affluent clients. - Drive cross-selling of banking products and services to meet business targets. - Ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures while managing client portfolios.Job role
