Sales Staff (In Shop)

🔸 Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-groomed, customer-friendly and fashion-oriented Sales Executive to assist brides and customers in selecting premium bridal wear. The candidate must have excellent communication, styling sense, and the ability to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in choosing bridal lehengas, gowns, sarees & designer outfits.

• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable designs, colors, and styles.
• Explain fabric types, embroidery details, pricing, and outfit features clearly.
• Take customer measurements correctly and coordinate alterations with the tailor.
• Handle fitting trials, pin-ups, and styling assistance.
• Maintain shop display, ensure outfits are presented beautifully, and stock is organized.
• Manage product knowledge and stay updated with new arrivals and trends.
• Upsell and cross-sell accessories, blouses, dupattas, etc.
• Assist with order booking, billing, steaming/packing, and delivery procedures.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Handle multi-family opinions diplomatically and maintain a calm environment.
• Follow store policies and maintain professional grooming standards.

1. Excellent communication and soft-selling skills
2. Strong product & fabric knowledge (or willingness to learn fast)
3. Good fashion sense and understanding of body types
4. Patience and ability to handle brides & families politely
5. Basic measurement and fitting knowledge
6. Upselling & cross-selling ability
7. Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior
8. Good problem-solving and customer service attitude
9. Inventory awareness and quick product searching
10. Energetic, confident, and dedicated

🔸 Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience in fashion, retail, boutique, or bridal wear sales is a plus

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Hindi & basic English required
