Social Media Executive

🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and execution-focused Social Media Executive who can handle organic content creation, reels production, and social media ads (Meta Ads).

The candidate should be capable of increasing reach, engagement, and generating leads through a combination of content strategy and paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Content Creation & Planning

• Create engaging social media posts, reels, and captions
• Generate content ideas, hooks, and scripts
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Work on trending content formats

🔹 2. Organic Growth Management

• Increase reach, engagement, and followers organically
• Use trending hashtags, audio, and formats
• Competitor analysis and content benchmarking
• Experiment with different content styles

🔹 3. Reels & Video Content Execution

• Plan, script, and shoot short-form videos (reels)
• Perform basic video editing on mobile/desktop
• Use hooks, storytelling, and engaging formats
• Maintain consistency in posting

🔹 4. Social Media Ads Management (Meta Ads)

• Run and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Create campaigns for:
• Lead generation
• Brand awareness
• Basic audience targeting & budget management
• Monitor:
• CTR
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Reach & conversions
• Optimize campaigns based on performance

🔹 5. Graphics Design Coordination

• Coordinate with graphics design team
• Share content briefs, references, and ideas
• Ensure creatives are aligned with content strategy
• Maintain quality and consistency

🔹 6. Platform Management (All Platforms)

• Manage social media platforms including:
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
• Create platform-specific content strategy
• Ensure consistent posting across all platforms
• Handle comments, DMs, and engagement
• Optimize content based on platform algorithms & audience behavior

🔹 7. Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack:

• Organic reach & engagement
• Followers growth
• Ad performance (leads, CPL)
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports

• 🎨 Graphics DesignCanva (must), Photoshop (basic)
• 🎬 Video EditingCapCut / VN / InShot (must)
• 🤖 AI ToolsChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI

🎓 Eligibility

• Only experienced candidates preferred
• Must have proven work results (reels performance, page growth, or ads results)
• Strong portfolio is mandatory

💼 Salary Range - ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (based on performance)
