Sr.Sales & Marketing Manager

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

• Drive primary and secondary sales growth across all business verticals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional clients, and hospitality partners.

• Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners in the assigned territory.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline and digital) to enhance brand visibility.

• Organize promotional activities, trade marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives and marketing staff.

• Set performance targets and conduct regular team reviews.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth supply chain operations.

• Ensure timely payment collections and manage outstanding receivables.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales performance reports.

• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.

• Develop tie-ups with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional buyers.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
