Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Helper to assist with daily store operations. The role involves supporting customers, organizing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and helping ensure the store runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


Assist customers with product inquiries and locating items


Receive, unpack, and arrange stock on shelves


Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized


Help with billing, packaging, and labeling of products


Monitor stock levels and report low inventory


Support senior staff with day-to-day tasks


Follow store policies, safety, and hygiene standards


Requirements & Skills


Basic reading and counting skills


Friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented attitude


Ability to stand for long hours and handle light lifting


Willingness to learn and follow instructions


Previous retail experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
