• Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ke daily work ko supervise aur coordinate karna.
• Staff ki attendance aur performance monitor karna.
• Daily reports aur work records maintain karna.
• Company policies aur safety guidelines ka palan sunishchit karna.
• Team members ko training aur guidance dena.
• Customer issues aur operational problems ka timely resolution karna.
• Productivity aur quality standards maintain karna.
• Management ke saath regular coordination karna.
• Required QualificationsGraduate (Any Stream).
• 1–3 years ka supervisory experience (Freshers with leadership skills may also apply).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Strong communication aur leadership skills.
• Team management aur decision-making ability.
