Job Description:

 Creastate Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate company based in Anisabad, Patna, Bihar, since 2012.We are lookingfor a motivated and enthusiastic female Tele-caller to join our dynamic team. As a Tele-caller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate projects, engaging with potential clients, and facilitating property transactions through effective communication over the phone.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and appointments.
2. Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and provide accurate information about our projects, pricing, amenities, and other relevant details.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
4. Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective clients for future reference.
5. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings with interested clients.
6. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively promote our projects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
3. Ability to persuasively communicate product information and overcome objections.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-oriented approach.
5. Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office
6. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Female candidates residing in Patna, Bihar, will be given preference.
