Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Monitor project-wise expenses and prepare financial reports.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 years of accounting experience (construction industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in construction/project accounting.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and contract billing.
