Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSite
- ExecutionSupervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor labor productivity, material consumption, and site progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Billing & Quantity Surveying
- Preparation and submission of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
- Preparation of BOQs, estimates, quantity reconciliation, and material reconciliation statements.
- Verification and certification of subcontractor bills.
- Preparation of deviation statements and extra item claims.
- Client billing coordination and payment follow-up.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Conduct inspections of civil, structural steel, RCC, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
- Verify material test certificates, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate concrete, steel, mechanical, and chemical testing activities.
- Maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and quality documentation.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
