Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads in the market and assisting customers in getting loans. The candidate will handle the complete process from customer acquisition to loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit market areas to identify and approach potential customers
• Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) to customers
• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan cases
• Collect required documents from customers
• Assist customers in filling and submitting loan applications
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval process
• Follow up regularly with customers and keep them updated on application status
• Ensure smooth processing until loan disbursement
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in the field (market visits required)
• Basic understanding of loan products (preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Prior experience in sales/field work is an advantage (Freshers can also apply)
