Job Description

Migay is hiring a Technical Trainer for immediate joining at our Perambalur centre.

We are looking for a candidate with strong programming knowledge and a passion for teaching students through practical, project-based training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training or software development preferred
  • Freshers with a Master’s degree and strong technical knowledge may also apply
  • Good knowledge of Java, Python, React, and Full Stack Development
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB / SQL will be an added advantage
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students
  • Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct practical training sessions in programming and full stack development
  • Prepare assignments, projects, and hands-on exercises
  • Guide students in coding, debugging, and project development
  • Track student progress and provide feedback
  • Help students build technical confidence and job-ready skills
