Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong branch operations and process management skills, including documentation review, loan processing, and compliance with NBFC regulations.
• Candidates should possess customer relationship and service skills, with the ability to engage diverse borrowers, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including local market understanding, lead generation, cross-selling, and achieving branch-level targets for Gold Loans and LAP.
• Candidates should possess credit assessment and risk management skills, with experience in evaluating collateral, analyzing financials, and maintaining portfolio quality and collections discipline.
• Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, coaching, and fostering an ethical and accountable work culture.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications in banking and finance will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in NBFCs or banks, particularly in Gold Loans or Loans Against Property, and familiarity with basic MS Office tools will be beneficial.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, integrity, and readiness
