1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
2. Maintain office files, documents, and records
3. Assist in data entry and report preparation
4. Manage office supplies and inventory

Requirements:
1. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate / Diploma
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
