Job Description – Accountant

Location: Pune

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations at our PEB manufacturing factory in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare purchase, sales, and tax invoices
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
• Process vendor payments and employee salaries
• Maintain stock and inventory accounting
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors and CA for finalization
• Monitor factory expenses and cost control
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Required Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Required Skills:Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP Software
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Good command of MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
