  • Working on Tally Prime
  • Handling Excel work
  • Managing office-related tasks
  • Handling Correspondence,
  • Quotation preparation.
  • MS-EXCEL/MS OFFICE QUOTE GENERATION,TENDER FILLINGS,
  • Day to day billing,
  • Accounts data entry,
  • Payment follow-up.
  • Order taking on telephone, emails, walk in customers.
  • Dispatch of local & outside orders.
  • Preparation of Monthly Stock & Sales statement.
  • Order placing for short items.
  • Generation of Invoices
