As we scale our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to manage our daily financial activities, tax compliance, and import documentation.

​Job Overview

​We are looking for a skilled Accountant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in core accounting, taxation, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Miracle Accounting Software, Tally, and MS Excel, and possess a solid understanding of regular GST filing and import procedures.

​You will be responsible for keeping our financial records flawless, ensuring strict tax compliance, and managing both domestic billing and international import documentation.

​Key Responsibilities

​Daily Accounting & Software Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date day-to-day accounts using Miracle and Tally accounting software.

​Billing & Invoicing:

Generate, verify, and process accurate client bills, commercial invoices, and debit/credit notes.

​Taxation & Compliance:

Handle end-to-end GST filing (including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation) and ensure compliance with other statutory regulations.

​Import Documentation: \

Prepare, track, and manage all documents related to imports (Letters of Credit, Bills of Entry, customs documentation, and coordinating with freight forwarders/customs brokers).

​Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas) to maintain financial spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate monthly financial reports for management.

​Banking & Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivable.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an accountant, preferably within a manufacturing, trading, or tools/engineering environment.

​Software Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Miracle Accounting Software and Tally Prime/ERP 9 is mandatory.

​Advanced Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel for managing complex data sets and financial modeling.

​Taxation Knowledge: Thorough practical experience with GST laws, filing processes, and E-way bill generation.

​Import Literacy: Good understanding of import procedures, customs documentation, and international trade terminology.

​Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
