Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting operations of the company.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
• Manage GST filing, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports.
• Handle payroll processing, PF, ESIC, employee insurance, and related compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliations, receivable/payable tracking, and ledger scrutiny.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
• Maintain inventory and manufacturing accounting records.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transactions.
• Provide financial reports and data to management whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Tally Prime
• GST Filing
• TDS
• Payroll Processing
• MS Excel
• MIS Reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry will be preferred.
• Quick learner with responsible and professional attitude.
