Job Description – Accountant

Company: Rudra Automation

Industry: Sales, Service & Trading Organization

Location: ( Pune)


Position: Accountant cum Back Office


Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Accounts/Finance)
  • Knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel / MS Word


Experience:

  • 1–3 years (Fresher with good knowledge can also apply)


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Work:

  • Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP
  • Sales & purchase billing
  • Quotation, Proforma Invoice & Tax Invoice preparation
  • E-way bill generation
  • Ledger maintenance & reconciliation
  • GST billing & basic compliance
  • Payment follow-up (receivable & payable)
  • Bank reconciliation & cash handling
  • Email communication & documentation
  • Client & vendor coordination
  • Purchase Order (PO) & Work Order (WO) preparation
  • Order processing & dispatch coordination
  • Data entry & record maintenance
  • Support to sales & service team
  • General office administration work

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Tally, GST & MS Excel
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Honest, responsible & hardworking

Salary:

  • ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 (1–2 years experience)
  • ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (Experienced candidates)

Other Requirements:

  • Nearby location candidates preferred
  • Must bring all documents at the time of intervie
