Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operational Reporting

Supervise the day-to-day operations of all business units (Hotel, Snacks Center, Hardware, and Tiles). 

Monitor all workers and floor staff daily to ensure smooth functioning. 

Collect end-of-day reports from supervisors/workers of each unit and compile a consolidated daily report for the Owner. 

2. Collection & Financial Reporting

Daily Sales Collection: Verify and audit the daily cash and digital payment collections from the Hotel, Snacks Center, Hardware, and Tiles shops. 

Rent Collection: Manage the timely collection of rent from all building tenants, follow up on pending dues, and maintain a clean rent ledger. 

Supplier Coordination: Keep track of incoming material from suppliers, verify delivery challenges, monitor outstanding balances, and report payment schedules. 

3. Staff & Worker Management

Maintain strict attendance, check-in/check-out timings, and leave records for all workers across all businesses. 

Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper conduct among the staff. 

Act as the bridge between the workers and the management to resolve daily operational grievances. 

4. Inventory & Stock Monitoring

Keep a vigilant eye on the stock levels at the Hardware shop, Tiles showroom, and raw materials at the food outlets. 

Provide early reporting on depleting inventory to ensure timely reordering and prevent any business downtime. 


Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent). 

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an Admin, Store Manager, or Operations Supervisor (Experience in managing multiple businesses simultaneously is a big plus). 

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge is mandatory (MS Excel, Word, and ability to send professional reports via WhatsApp/Email). 

Key Attributes: Excellent communication, strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and strict time-management skills. 

Languages Known: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus).
