Position: Junior Supervisor
Location: MIDC Bhosari, Pune
Company: Royal Mech Industries
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Supervisor (ITI Fresher) to assist in production monitoring and shop floor supervision in our precision machining unit.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily shop floor activities.
Coordinate with machine operators and helpers.
Maintain production and dispatch records.
Follow up on job progress and completion.
Assist in quality inspection and measurement activities.
Ensure housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor.
Report production status to management.
Learn production planning and machining processes.
Requirements:
ITI Pass (Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Mechanical Trade).
Freshers can apply.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in manufacturing operations.
Responsible and disciplined attitude.
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Interview & Skills)
