Job Description
“We Are Hiring – Back Office Executive”
- Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office work and documentation
- Manage data entry and maintain records in Excel
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers through phone/email
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
- Support sales and marketing team with office coordination
- Maintain files and update company databases
- Follow up on orders and customer inquiries
- Requirements:Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication skills in Marathi/Hindi
- Candidate should be organized and responsible
- Freshers can also apply
- Experience in back office work will be preferred
Office Timing:9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
