Back Office Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidate from the Stock Market & Trading industry who can efficiently handle back-office operations, client servicing, DP operations, WD requests, customer support, and team coordination.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of trading operations and be capable of managing daily client and operational activities independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Client DP (Depository Participant) operations
• Manage Withdrawal (WD) requests and fund processing
• Provide customer support via call, WhatsApp, and email
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation, KYC, and account activities
• Coordinate with the sales/trading team for smooth operations
• Maintain client records and MIS reports
• Resolve client queries related to trading accounts and transactions
• Monitor daily back-office activities and operational compliance
• Lead and manage junior staff/team members
• Ensure proper coordination between clients and internal departments
• Handle escalation and issue resolution professionally

• Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 2+ years experience in:
• Broking House
• Stock Market Company
• Trading Firm
• Financial Services Company
• Graduate preferred (Commerce/Finance background is an advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred
