Job Description
Job Opening: Billing Executive
Industry: Logistics & Transportation
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate customer invoices and transport bills.
- Verify trip sheets, PODs, and supporting documents before billing.
- Ensure timely bill submission and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for billing reconciliation.
- Follow up on pending documents and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain billing data in Excel/ERP systems.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company billing procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments.
