Job Description
Job Title: Master Car Technician Company: Renault – Unnati Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pune (Hadapsar / Bhosari / Baramati)

🔹 Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Master Technician who can handle advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and support the workshop team in delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of vehicles
- Handle major repairs (engine, transmission, electrical systems)
- Use OEM diagnostic tools for fault identification
- Support and guide junior technicians in repair work
- Ensure first-time fix (FTF) and reduce repeat complaints
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for technical explanations
- Maintain quality standards and workshop efficiency
- Handle warranty-related technical cases
- Ensure proper documentation in job cards & DMS
- 🔹 Required Skills: Strong knowledge of engine, gearbox, electrical & ECU systems
- Expertise in diagnostic tools and fault codes
- Ability to read technical manuals & wiring diagrams
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- 🔹 Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- OEM certification (preferred)
- 🔹 Experience: 5–10 years in an automobile workshop
- Experience in a car dealership (preferred – Renault/Nissan/Maruti/Hyundai, etc.)
- 🔹 Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (based on experience)
