Job Description

Site Supervision: Assisting in the daily monitoring of construction activities to ensure they align with approved structural drawings and architectural blueprints.

Quality Control: Conducting field tests (e.g., slump tests, cube casting for concrete) and inspecting building materials.

Progress Tracking: Preparing daily and weekly progress reports for senior project managers to avoid costly delays.

Vendor & Labor Coordination: Communicating task allocations to subcontractors and assisting with material procurement.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring all site personnel wear required PPE and adhere to OSHA or local safety mandates.
