Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for manufacturing precision components. The candidate should understand machine operations, tooling, measurements, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines such as Turning, VMC, or Milling machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
Load raw materials and set tools in machines.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Check finished products using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauge.
Maintain production quality as per company standards.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
Report machine issues or defects to the supervisor.
Follow safety rules and production targets.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Attention to detail and quality checking.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
