Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate CNC machines as per instructions and SOPs

* Load/unload materials and monitor machine operations

* Check dimensions using basic measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)

* Read basic engineering drawings and process sheets

* Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices

* Follow safety guidelines and report machine issues to supervisors


Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of CNC machining or manufacturing

* Understanding of engineering drawings is preferred

* Willingness to learn and work in a production environment

* Good discipline and teamwork skills


Preferred Candidate Profile:

* ITI/Diploma Freshers preferred

* Candidates with CNC training/apprenticeship are an advantage

* Willing to work in shifts
