• Job ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, create and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads.
• Create and manage Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube).
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality.
• Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing qualified enquiries.
• Install and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels and stories.
• Grow followers organically through consistent content.
• Respond to comments and messages.
• Video Shoot & EditingPlan and shoot property walkthroughs.
• Shoot educational real estate videos.
• Record client testimonials and builder interviews.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Create thumbnails, captions and subtitles.
• Graphic DesignDesign social media creatives.
• Create brochures, banners and promotional graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Website & SEOUpdate website content.
• Improve Google Business Profile.
• Perform basic SEO for better Google visibility.
• Skills RequiredMeta Ads Manager

• Experience1–3 years in Digital Marketing.
• Real estate marketing experience preferred.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
