Job Description (online Business)
- Manage online sales channels (website, marketplaces, social media)
- Handle product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries and close sales
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Upload and optimize product listings
- Monitor orders, returns, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams
- Run online campaigns (discounts, ads, etc.)
Job Description (Tender Business)
- Search and identify relevant tenders from portals, newspapers, and government websites
- Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to understand requirements
- Prepare and submit complete tender documentation within deadlines
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for inputs
- Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and eligibility criteria
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track their status
- Handle pre-bid meetings, queries, and clarifications
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals
- Follow up with clients for tender results and feedback
- Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
