Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Manager responsible for daily field visits and direct engagement with doctors. The role focuses on promoting company products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving prescription-based growth.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily field visits to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers
  • Meet doctors regularly to promote and explain company products
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors (target audience)
  • Achieve assigned sales and visit targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Organize product presentations, demonstrations, and awareness activities
  • Provide product samples, brochures, and relevant scientific information
  • Collect feedback from doctors and share market insights with management
  • Track competitor activities and report market trends
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies in the field
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in field marketing / pharmaceutical sales / medical representative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with doctors
  • Target-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical products preferred
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in doctor engagement or pharmaceutical marketing
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and industry practices
  • Proven track record of achieving field sales targets
