🔍 Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support our US Bench Sales & Recruitment team. The role focuses on branding, job postings, consultant marketing, and lead generation across digital platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Post job openings and consultant profiles on multiple platforms

 ✔ Support Bench Sales recruiters with daily marketing activities

 ✔ Promote bench consultants through LinkedIn, job portals & email campaigns

 ✔ Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools

 ✔ Manage LinkedIn & social media marketing activities

 ✔ Coordinate with sales and recruitment teams

 ✔ Track responses, leads, and campaign performance

 ✔ Maintain marketing data and reports

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔0-3 Year of experience 

✔ Basic knowledge of Marketing / Digital Marketing / Computer Knowledge.

 ✔ Understanding of US Staffing / Bench Sales (preferred)

 ✔ Experience with LinkedIn marketing & job postings

 ✔ Good communication and coordination skills

 ✔ Ability to work in night shift

 ✔ Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

 ✔ Training will be provided
