Job Description

Educational Counselor — Taldo

Taldo places Indian nurses in Germany — end-to-end, from language training to placement. We're hiring an Educational Counselor in Pune to be the first real touchpoint for candidates considering this path.


What you'll do

  • Speak with prospective candidates daily via WhatsApp, phone, and in person
  • Assess language level, document readiness, and overall fit — and qualify honestly
  • Walk candidates and their families through the program, costs, and what Germany actually involves
  • Handle objections, answer hard questions, and guide the right candidates into enrollment
  • Hand off enrolled candidates cleanly to the operations team


Who we're looking for

  • 0–3 years in overseas education counseling, study-abroad recruitment, or healthcare workforce placement
  • Comfortable having frank conversations about timelines, fees, and eligibility — not just selling
  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English
  • Based in Pune and willing to work from our Pimple Saudagar office
