Dr Reddy's फाऊंडेशन पुणे भोसरी मध्ये आपली नवीन कार्यशाळा झाली आहे या मार्फत महाराष्टातील आयटीआय, डिप्लोमा, इंजिनिअरिंग, आणि ज्यांना इलेक्ट्रिकल वेहिकल क्षेत्रात पुढे जायचे आहे आणि नोकरी करायचे आहे अशा महाराष्ट्रातील गरीब, मध्यमवर्गीय,अनाथ, गरजू आणि होतकरु मुलामुलींसाठी तीन महिने कालावधीचे मोफत राहणे - खाणे प्रशिक्षण घेतले जाते त्याअंतर्गत आपण इलेक्ट्रिकल व्हेईकल चे मोफत प्रशिक्षण देतो यावर आधारित नोकरी मिळवून देतो .
