Job Description

  • Conduct in-person recruitment activities at job fairs, campuses, community events, and client sites
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen candidates through interviews (in-person and virtual)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Promote employer brand in local communities and events
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and hiring events
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and metrics
  • Travel frequently within assigned territory
