Job Description
A Housing Loan and Investment Field Executive is responsible for generating customers for home loans and investment products, guiding clients through the application process, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet potential customers and explain housing loan and investment products.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, builders, and real estate agents.
Assist customers in collecting and submitting required documents.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
Promote investment products such as fixed deposits, mutual funds, or insurance (depending on the company).
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer visits and sales activities.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of banking, loans, and investment products.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel for field visits.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
