Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
  • Explain online UG & PG programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, admission process, and career opportunities.
  • Guide students in selecting the most suitable university and course.
  • Handle end-to-end admission counselling and documentation support.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent pre- and post-admission support.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, EdTech Sales, or Academic Counselling.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in online university admissions or distance education will be an added advantage.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of student enquiries.
