Job Description

An Admission Counsellor helps prospective students and parents understand courses, admission procedures, and eligibility, and guides them through the complete enrolment process. The role focuses on counselling, lead conversion, document support, and coordination with internal teams.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; some institutions may prefer education, counselling, or related degrees.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle targets during admission season.
  • Prior experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or student support is an advantage.
