Gold Loan Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Gold Loan Manager to oversee gold loan operations, drive business growth, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gold appraisal, lending procedures, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new business for gold loan products through customer acquisition and local market development.
• Appraise and evaluate gold ornaments accurately as per company guidelines.
• Process gold loan applications and ensure timely loan disbursement.
• Verify customer documents and complete KYC and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and ensure timely repayment and recovery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and repeat business.
• Manage branch operations related to gold loans.
• Ensure safe custody of pledged gold and adherence to security protocols.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for audits, compliance, and operational support.
• Achieve monthly business targets, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Gold Loans, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Certification or training in gold appraisal is an added advantage.
