Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Have a good understanding of the home loan business and prior experience in home loans

2. Call and follow up with warm leads (no cold calling)

3. Explain home loan products, eligibility, and the application process

4. Build trust and guide customers throughout the application journey

5. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

6. Maintain call records and update CRM regularly

7. Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets.

Other requirements.

  1. Upto 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the home loan segment
  2. Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, with basic English proficiency
  3. Prior experience in loans, real estate, or BFSI is an advantage
  4. Basic understanding of home loans is preferred (training can be provided)
