Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – FOS (Field Sales Officer)Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive (FOS) to generate leads, visit sites, meet clients, and close property sales. The candidate will be responsible for field activities, customer interactions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field activities, referrals, and site visits
• Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements
• Conduct property site visits and project walkthroughs
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and closures
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with the CRM, legal, and documentation teams
• Maintain daily activity and sales reports
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate field sales (FOS)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in the field and meet customers daily
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in residential / commercial property sales
• Local area knowledge
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
