Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, proposals, and reports
  • Assist in customizing products to meet client requirements
  • Work with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
  • Support installation, implementation, and troubleshooting when needed
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
