Job Description

Job Title: Sales Trainee

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

We are currently hiring Sales Trainees for a full-time, work-from-office opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients
• Engage with prospective clients and convert leads
• Follow Account-Based Sales (ABS) Strategy to drive conversions
• Participate in sales events and manage client interactions effectively
• Provide regular updates on lead generation and sales progress in the CRM

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation
• High enthusiasm and willingness to travel when required
• Fresh graduates or 2025 MBA graduates
