Role Overview


ProMunim of India is seeking a performance-driven and consultative Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, compliance, payroll, and allied professional services.

The role requires an individual who can independently manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closure and long-term relationship management—while operating in a target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities independently
  • Build and manage a strong and consistent sales pipeline
  • Present and sell services using a consultative and solution-oriented approach
  • Conduct detailed client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized business solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals effectively

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into clients
  • Identify potential clients including SMEs, startups, and corporates
  • Maintain accurate lead data and updates in CRM systems

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal teams
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and communication

Team Support & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior/fresher team members and support overall team performance
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation strategies

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
  • Provide inputs to improve sales strategies and service positioning
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Reporting & Sales Operations

  • Track sales metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance
  • Prepare structured reports and forecast revenue accurately
  • Maintain discipline in CRM updates, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to internal sales processes and compliance standards

  • Revenue achieved vs target
