Job Summary:An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for contacting prospective students via phone, informing them about courses or programs, and encouraging them to visit the institute for a walk-in. The role involves explaining key benefits, handling basic queries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring maximum student footfall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with student leads
- Explain course details and benefits
- Convince students to visit for walk-ins
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain call records in CRM tools like Zoho CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly walk-in targets
Requirements:
- Any graduate / final-year student
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in sales & calling
- Confident and target-oriented attitude
Salary: Up to 3.8 lpa+ Incentives
