Location: Pune (Hadapsar)
Position: Branch Manager
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–6 years
Role Overview : We are seeking a result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Pune branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete branch operations including sales, administration, and logistics
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks
- Ensure timely collections and maintain debtor records
- Monitor team performance and maintain discipline
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Submit regular performance and sales reports to management
- Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales or branch management
- Hands-on experience in ACP, laminates, plywood, or related building materials industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of dealer network and market dynamics
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage operations independently and deliver results
Qualification
- No specific educational qualification required; candidates will be evaluated based on relevant industry experience and performance track record
