Purchase Executive

We are looking for an purchase / procurement Executive officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.

Candidate should know how to prepare BOQ.

Candidate should be well versed with Billing,estimation,Tendering work and sourcing Interior Work,Turnkey Job and Design Build.

Skills Required : Microsoft Excel,BOQ, Tendering -Online & physical submission, Able to finalize Vendors.

Candidate should be from any Architect industry or Interior design company

2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing.

The procurement officer's responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers. Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
