HVAC Technician

Role Overview​We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior HVAC Technician with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced HVAC systems. You will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence and high-quality service delivery for our residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

​Key Responsibilities​1. Advanced Installation & Commissioning

• ​Expert installation of various systems including VRF/VRV units, Ductable ACs, Cassette ACs, and Hi-Wall Split units.
• ​Perform precise copper piping, brazing, and insulation as per engineering standards.
• ​Conduct pressure testing, vacuuming, and accurate gas charging to ensure system longevity.

​2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• ​Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance of client systems.
• ​Inspect electrical connections, clean condenser/evaporator coils, and check refrigerant levels.
• ​Identify potential system failures before they occur and suggest proactive solutions.

​3. Expert Troubleshooting & Repair

• ​Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems quickly and accurately.
• ​Proficiency in reading Error Codes for inverter models and VRF systems.
• ​Handle critical repairs such as compressor replacements, PCB fault finding, and leak detections.

​4. Team Leadership & Reporting

• ​Lead a team of junior technicians and helpers on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently.
• ​Maintain a daily log of materials used and provide clear service reports to the management.
• ​Ensure all work is performed following strict safety protocols and company guidelines.
• ​Candidate Qualifications & Skills​Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of core experience in the HVAC service and installation industry.
• ​Education: ITI in RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) / Electrical or a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• ​Technical Proficiency:​Deep understanding of VRF/VRV systems and Chiller plants.
• ​Skilled in Copper Brazing, Welding, and Electrical Wiring.
• ​Ability to read and interpret technical layouts and circuit diagrams.
• ​Soft Skills: Professional behavior with clients, strong problem-solving mindset, and punctuality.
• ​Requirement: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for site visits.

As a senior member, you will ensure high-quality workmanship and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

​Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या)

​1. Installation & Commissioning (इन्स्टॉलेशन)

​VRF/VRV सिस्टीम्स, डक्टेबल एसी, कॅसेट एसी आणि हाय-वॉल स्प्लिट युनिट्सचे अचूक इन्स्टॉलेशन करणे.

​तांत्रिक रेखाचित्रे (Technical Drawings) आणि मॅन्युअल वाचून त्यानुसार फिटिंग करणे.

​कॉपर पाइपिंग, इन्सुलेशन आणि गॅस चार्जिंगमध्ये अचूकता राखणे.

​2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (मेंटेनन्स)

​एअर कंडिशनिंग सिस्टीमची नियमित सर्व्हिसिंग आणि मेंटेनन्स करणे.

​एअर फिल्टर्स, कंडेन्सर कॉइल्स आणि इलेक्ट्रिकल कनेक्शनची तपासणी करणे.

​सिस्टीमची कार्यक्षमता (Efficiency) सुधारण्यासाठी आवश्यक बदल सुचवणे.

​3. Advanced Troubleshooting (दुरुस्ती/फॉल्ट शोधणे)

​सिस्टीममधील तांत्रिक बिघाड (Electrical & Mechanical faults) वेगाने ओळखणे आणि ते दुरुस्त करणे.

​कॉम्प्रेसर बदलणे, लीक टेस्टिंग करणे आणि पीसीबी (PCB) मधील दोष शोधणे.

​हाय-एंड इन्व्हर्टर मॉडेल्समधील एरर कोड्स वाचून त्याचे निराकरण करणे.

​4. Quality & Safety Compliance (सुरक्षा आणि गुणवत्ता)

​सर्व कामे कंपनीच्या सुरक्षा मानकांनुसार (Safety Standards) पार पाडणे.

​कामाच्या ठिकाणी शिस्त पाळणे आणि ग्राहकांशी प्रोफेशनल पद्धतीने संवाद साधणे.

​वापरलेल्या साहित्याचा (Materials) आणि केलेल्या कामाचा अचूक रिपोर्ट मॅनेजमेंटला देणे.

​Candidate Requirements (पात्रता आणि कौशल्ये)

​Experience: किमान ३ ते ५ वर्षांचा HVAC क्षेत्रातील प्रत्यक्ष कामाचा अनुभव.

​Education: ITI (RAC/Electrical) किंवा संबंधित क्षेत्रातील डिप्लोमा/डिग्री.

​Technical Skills:

​VRF/VRV आणि चिलर सिस्टीमचे सखोल ज्ञान.

​कॉपर ब्रेझिंग (Brazing) आणि वेल्डिंगमधील निपुणता.

​इलेक्ट्रिकल वायरिंग आणि कंट्रोल पॅनेलची समज.

​Soft Skills: वेळेचे नियोजन, प्रामाणिकपणा आणि टीमला सोबत घेऊन चालण्याची क्षमता.

​License: स्वतःची टू-व्हीलर आणि ड्रायव्हिंग लायसन्स असणे अनिवार्य आहे.
